  • Does it light up? How do I know the rider turns it on?

Yes it lights up. It’s equipped with an in-house developed ambient sensor to make sure it lights up when it needs to. The Ad panel electronics is professionally wired directly to the motorcycle’s ignition system to ensure continuous power.

  • What is the ad made of? Is the printing clear and will it last?

Top-shelf Waterproof laminated backlit film. The ads can easily last upwards of 12 months with little to no deterioration in print and color.

  • How big is the ad space? 

16 inches width x 20.5 inches height..

 

  • What if the bracket shakes and my ad becomes not visible?

The bracket is custom-built branded equipment. Engineered to ensure safety, stability and durability. Its lock-bolted on to their motorcycle frame to minimize vibration.

 

  • How far can it be seen?

Depending on layout optimization, we will help and guide you. With proper optimization, range can be upwards of 40 feet in daytime and 50 feet at night time. See "Moto-Ads Layout Guide".

  • How do I know it was not removed?

We are implementing 2 level tamper proofing on the ad panel itself. A void sticker and a truck grade tamper-lock with serial number. a picture of these intact is required when they claim their payout.

The bracket itself is lock-bolted on their motorcycles and the panel is professionally wired directly to their ignition. Its risky for riders to work with the wires.

  • How do I know the rider drove my ads around?

The ad itself it equipped with proprietary GPS tracking technology that generates real-time report on the Campaign Monitoring Portal. The riders are required a minimum of 1,500 tracked kilometers to qualify for the payout. No kilometers logged means no payout.

 

  • Can I request riders to follow a specific route?

Only on Motorcade Campaigns. We collect rider’s location preferences based on their ride history. We can match you with the right rider on your rolling billboard needs.
 

  • What if the equipment stops working?

We repair the equipment for free to encourage riders to help us maintain the equipment. The led panel is very useful to the riders safety in their evening rides. They report issues because it helps them become visible at night thereby minimizing accidents.

 

  • How do I know who my riders are and if you deployed the amount of riders I requested?

Everything related to the campaign including rider profiles and stats can be accessed anytime through the web/app. You have visibility on their licenses, plate numbers, ORCR, motorcycle pictures and rider pictures. 

 

  • Will my sales increase?

The sales conversion of your campaign relies on various factors. What we can guarantee you is that we will help optimize your ads for maximum visibility and make sure your advertising will get noticed on the road and will be exposed beyond the minimum guaranteed kilometers.

  • What’s included in the Php 6,000 fee?

  • What if my rider does more than the minimum guaranteed kilometers, will I be charged extra? 

No. Any kilometer beyond the minimum is free. Don’t forget idle exposure when riders are not using their motorcycles, they serve as your mini billboards. That’s also free.

 

  • How do I pay?

We only currently accept bank transfer/payments. In the near future, we also intend to simplify this part of the experience. In-app payments will be available soon.

 

  • Can I change the layout? How much will it cost?

It’s free. You can change the ad layout per rider per month. Changes within 1 month will cost Php600 per unit (printing, logistics and deployment.
